Thank you for contacting Govii Inc. Due to the high number of emails and calls from daily deal sites interested in doing business with us, we have put together the following requirements in order to proceed further with your company.

Govii is a division of 2114533 Ontario Inc., a distribution and marketing firm of unique, private label products to SMB and Fortune 500 companies. Over the past 6 months Govii has experienced tremendous growth since partnering with daily deal sites, which lead us to expand and improve our infrastructure.

To meet and exceed these demands, we have taken significant steps to enhance the buying experience for our mutual customers:

Centralized Support Center. All product sites feed a growing support team that responds to customer inquiries within 48 hours, but typically within the day.

New Office/Warehouse (pictured below). 2300 sq. ft, including an offsite 100,000 sq. ft fulfillment warehouse to process orders faster and house our expanding team.

All of these changes reflect our evolution and growth within the daily deal arena, and our commitment to bringing you and your customers new and unique products - sooner and at more aggressive prices.

We are quickly becoming known as the "trailblazers" in this industry as being the first to market new and unique products which in turn generate high volumes of voucher orders, especially on larger daily deal sites.

Govii is only interested in working with daily deal sites that have an interest in building a long-term successful relationship. Initially we will provide you with a few products to review and promote. If we feel the relationship is a positive one, we will continue to open our product line to you.

Main Requirements:

- 70/30 split (a lower split is negotiable depending on volume of traffic)
- Sites must be responsible for any other fee’s such as credit card processing etc
- Minimum 60% payment due within 5 days balance within 30 days (negotiable)
- All our deals require to be posted on a national level
